Yes, the Reichstag is open to tourists every day throughout the year with the exception of Christmas Eve. The dome remains closed on select days for maintenance.
The Reichstag is closed on 24th December and partially closed on 31st December. The dome will be closed for maintenance from 8th-19th July 2024, 22th-26th July 2024, 21st-25th October 2024, and 28th October-1st November 2024.
You'll need at least 90 minutes for touring the Reichstag and the glass dome, and 2-3 hours if you also want to explore the exhibitions and restaurant.
