Riding the subway was therefore completely uncomplicated. It's a pity that not all companies take part, e g New Museum. Unfortunately they have their own system.

The deliberate use of buses and suburban trains (for sightseeing above ground) was very good for our requirements and needs. Clean buses, problem-free suburban trains, punctuality and no unpleasant incidents made the trips a good experience.

It makes traveling in Berlin very easy, you don't have to look anywhere you can go without looking for pay machines to buy tickets, really ideal!

Ordered tickets online for 4 people and easy to save on smartphone with the qr code, printed on paper just to be sure. In Berlin itself did a lot with public transport and got discounts in various stores and museums. definitely worth its money for 5 days of Berlin!

The Berlin Welcome Card gives you access to all public transportation in Berlin. You also get discounts in many museums and restaurants.

The instructions were contradictory, they mentioned printout in A4 as well as valid dating the ticket. We did neither. Also, it was not clear which discounts that applied.
It's perfect for transport, with one small drawback: I took the Pass for 6 days. We should consider a 7-day pass. As far as discounts are concerned, it would be a good idea to develop partnerships (zoological parks in particular) and consider slightly larger discounts.

We only used public transport several times. We did not take advantage of any discounts for other events. We didn't have any negative experiences so far, except that as non-Berliners we had a bit of trouble finding the right public transport connections. However, this also has to do with the many construction sites and corresponding cancellations of transport connections.

It's very practical to take your mind off transport and its price, but the app is more complicated and doesn't indicate buses enough. Discounts are quite limited

A feeling of freedom to use public transport, without having to worry about prices and fare zones. Access to the French-language audio-guide to Charlottenburg Palace is very useful. Were French audio guides available for other tours? We don't know.

Public transport tickets were never checked. We didn't feel like the discount on tickets made a big difference and a lot of places don't have a discount
Good experience: just a little doubt, as I had booked on the internet, was there a need or not for a paper format? (I had the flash code on our mobiles...). In the documentation, there was also mention of a first activation on a terminal, but we couldn't find one...

We purchased Berlin welcome cards which allowed us to ride the metro without having to purchase tickets every day; very convenient! And we purchased tickets to visit Parliament/dome and the show "Falling In Love." For our first visit to Berlin, these were both enjoyable and worthwhile activities. Headout worked well for us!!
We had no check for the 5 days 8n Berlin, both in the subway and in the bus the tickets were not needed. So I paid a lot of money when ws was not necessary. We did not have time to see museums.

Easy and no hassle checking in and out like in the Netherlands. Metro is great. Quickly from A to B and criss-cross the city. In addition, discount at various museums.

We used all the public transport - S Bahn, U Bahn, Tram and the buses in Berlin so the Welcome Card was fantastic to have with us. We didn't have to worry about tickets. We also got discounts in the DDR museum, Berlin Cathedral and the Hop on hop off bus by having the Welcome card. Overall Berlin is a fantastic place to visit
The unlimited use of public transport for 72 hours was brilliant. And there were good discounts on entry to the museums and attractions that we visited. Highly recommended.
The convenience of not having to go through gates.

We had to show the card 0 times in 4 days in Berlin. I think everyone there travels without paying.

It was convenient to be able to use public transport and have a free access to some museums, however I would expect better discounts or benefits with a card which should promote the city
We could simply hop on any means of transport and travel. It was very convenient and uncomplicated.

The pass was for 72 hours of public transportation and admission to museums. We had the pass from Saturday to Tuesday. Nowhere was it mentioned that all museums were closed on Mondays. So we were not able to take full advantage of the pass.

Thanks to the WelcomeCard Berlin we traveled without any problem on the entire public network (trains, buses, metro) without any time or class restrictions. We also had free access to the Museum Island museums in central Berlin. A simply wonderful thing 😍

Having the Welcome Card was very convenient - we travelled on the trams, U-Bahn, S-Bahn and traions extensively during opur trip so it was very good value for money. We also visited several museums, and were able to access good discounts from the Card - so all good. I would definitely get one again if I were to visit Berlin.
Public transportation is great in Berlin. With card hassle-free transfers.

Not all attractions included in the ticket range were in line with reality E.g. admission to the Olympic stadium in Berlin was charged extra even though we did not want a guide There was no discount on admission to the zoo Such things affect the whole So although most of the attractions were ok, the distaste remained

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent ticket purchase. My issue is very simple: Where are my QR codes? The tickets provided by your system clearly lacks the required QR code, rendering it invalid. Upon arriving at the service center at Berlin Airport, I was informed that the ticket provided by your system is invalid because it is missing the QR code. This caused significant delays to my schedule, and I had no choice but to purchase another ticket, which is completely unacceptable. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, all I received was confirmation that my payment was successful. However, this does nothing to address the real issue. If your company cannot provide a valid ticket, why is payment even being accepted? This is highly irresponsible and has caused major inconvenience and financial loss. I demand an immediate explanation for why my ticket lacked a QR code. I also request a full refund and compensation for the inconvenience and additional costs I incurred.
